Delivery and return

We work with Cargus courier services. Delivery time is up to 5 business days in Romania. Delivery is made Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 18:00.

Possibility of return within 14 days of purchase of the product. The product must be in its original condition upon receipt, without traces of use.

Attention: Personalized products (including those with designs, names, initials or symbols on request) cannot be returned , in accordance with GEO no. 34/2014, art. 16 letter c , which provides for the exclusion from the right of withdrawal for "products made according to the specifications presented by the consumer or clearly personalized".
